Millennials and beyond: Be aware!!! This is cash only!! You will need to actually go to an ATM and withdrawal money to eat at this amazing place! The prices are reasonable, the quality is amazing!!! I got the two meats and 2 sides plate; which comes with Wonder bread, allowing you make your own sandwich. The pulled pork was great but what really sold me was the ribs so glad we drove the 45 minutes from Florence to try this place out. Only thing we wished they had was sweet tea to complete our experience!

The holy grail of BBQ! Wow this is the place. These guys really have smoked meats down. No grill here, it's a whole smokehouse! Slow smoked with there own made wood charcoal. Served with a homemade tangy vinegar BBQ sauce. Coleslaw was creamy and the pork skins absolutely amazing! We ordered 1 pound of ribs, 1 pound BBQ, large coleslaw, skins,1 pigs foot, and 2 iced teas for about 30. Staff was wonderful and let us tour the smoke house. Definitely make this a stop it's worth a detour off the highway

We knew we were in the right place when we saw the oak wood lying around and the slight smell of smoke drifting. Scott’s combination of oak, cherry and whatever else they use, imparts a great flavor into the pork. The amount of pork on the plate is more than generous. We had slaw and beans, both sides were very tasty. The friendly staff and great food made for a great lunch. We live about 75 minutes away, but look forward to returning soon.

They on accept CASH, but other than that, they are the Best BBQ you could ever find! My boss introduced me to this place and yummy!!!! Don't miss out on going and trying there off the chain BBQ, baked beans and potato salad were so good too. Don't let me forget about that good Ole sweet tea! I give them a 20 out of 10!! However I do wish there were more of the sides bc they give you enough meat to eat on twice!!! Would deff recommend either way tho!!! Also, their bbq sauce does have a little kick to it not bad but I didn't add the extra sauce they give you bc it was just right to me the way it was!

Best pulled pork I've had in my life. Amazing Carolina bbq sauce. Experience was great...even came complete with a old man sitting out front striking up conversations with everyone who walked in.

Traveling through SC and lucky to be around the area on a day it’s open, not exactly on our way but we made it on our way. CASH ONLY. Got there early on a Wednesday and tried the chicken, ribs, pulled pork, and the 3 sides offered. That plate was hefty! My partner and I shared and still had leftovers. Couldn’t believe how much food we got for the price. The chicken was great, the pulled pork was AMAZING, the ribs were my least favorite and they were still really good. The vinegar sauce is magical and I want to marry it. The sides were all meh and if I went back I wouldn’t order any but the slaw. The ladies inside were super nice and patient with us because we just wanted everything. Definitely worth going out of the way for.

If you're out this way, you have to stop here, it's also worth a side trip. This is the best barbecue in South Carolina and some of the best barbecue anywhere. You just have to go ahead and accept the fact that you're going to need to try everything. The ribs are amazing, the pulled pork is unique, and if they have the smoke chicken you have to get a whole smoked chicken as well. They do it old school and they do it right. You will not be disappointed.
